ニューヨークで生まれ育ち、日本とスウェーデンでの留学経験。
ジャパニーズアメリカ人であり、サード・カルチャー・キッズである事からグローバルな視点と、より良い世界を形成するための個人レベルでの行動の必要性を実感し、その為の行動を起こす使命を感じています。
私は日本と広い世界のつながりを育み、ポジティブな影響を広めることに情熱を感じています。若者たちがインスピレーションを受け、自分の可能性と視野を広げる力を得る機会を創出するため、Voices of Self-madeを共同設立しました。
アメリカ合衆国ジュニアオリンピックチームの元器械体操選手であり、世界最大かつ最も影響力のあるリーダーシップ会議であるOne Young World Summitなど、様々な国際舞台の代表に選出。
人生のモットーは、マハトマ・ガンジー氏の 「Be the Change You Wish to See in the World"」。
2023年に国際基督教大学を卒業し、現在は在日米国商工会議所のアソシエイトとして働いています。
Co-Founder, 徳升湧造 🇺🇸🇯🇵🌏
Yuzo was born and raised in New York, and has lived and studied in the United States and Japan.
His identity as a Japanese American and a Third Culture Kid have instilled in her a global perspective and a strong mission to be an active force in shaping a better world.
Passionate about fostering connections between Japan and the world and spreading a positive social impact, Yuzo co-founded Voices of Self-made to create opportunities for youths to expand their potentials and horizons!
He is also a Founder of Ocean Sky, an organization established to raise awareness of ocean conservation and marine life, where he actively organizes events such as beach cleans, microplastics workshops, and documentary screenings.
He is currently an honors student at the International Christian University, and is interning at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Tonga in Japan.
His life motto: "Small steps when multiplied by millions of people, will transform the world".
